Ok guys you going to need:
* Cellc sim card
* Any operamini application
* Mobile phone
Settings
On Mobile phone
* Create new internet setting
* Apn: internet
* No Proxy No port
Then save and activate
On operamini
* Menu> Tools> Settings
Web Pages
* image quality: LOW
* check on mobile view
NETWORK
* Protocol: Socket
Then save
* on address bar type 'opera:config'
* on fit text to: NO
Then save
Now you can browse the net for free.
Note: Its only for mobile phones.
