Ok I tink I tel guys how I dl tor and surf it iz coz I use tun specificly netsurf.

speed is 100-150kb/s

Dl and open
open internet explr with it
No surf no proxies neeed,
For torrentz loko at setings in internet explr and bit them uTorrent.
Make sure apprun and then dl torrents.
Mke sure to have atleast R1 airtime bfore running.
Only MTN and Cellc
